Found this in my purse! My life saver when I dont pack a lunch for the road! Oh boy this saved my butt while in traffic. I actually thought this was my plain peanut butter pack but its chocolate almond butter. Im not complaining. ;) Great way to keep your energy up while working and running around is always having an emergency stash or snack in your car or purse. Almonds, bananas, apples, oranges are great stashers. :)
I love peanut butter! And I loved peanut butter sandwiches but since I cut out evil #wheat out of my diet this is my next best option! deeeelicious and healthy. 1 banana, cacao nibs and peanut butter. All organic. Super energy snack!
So I want to start out by saying that I'm totally inspired by you :) I'm starting a weightloss journey (which I'm psyched about), but I'm worried that I'm going to end up with loose or saggy skin. I was wondering if you had any or if you got rid of any and how. Please message me back!
“Not all toxic people are cruel and uncaring. Some of them love us dearly. Many of them have good intentions. Most are toxic to our being simply because their needs and way of existing in the world force us to compromise ourselves and our happiness. They aren’t inherently bad people, but they aren’t the right people for us. And as hard as it is, we have to let them go. Life is hard enough without being around people who bring you down, and as much as you care, you can’t destroy yourself for the sake of someone else. You have to make your wellbeing a priority. Whether that means breaking up with someone you care about, loving a family member from a distance, letting go of a friend, or removing yourself from a situation that feels painful — you have every right to leave and create a safer space for yourself.”
